  • – 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • – 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • – 1/4 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • – 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • – 2 cups old fashioned oats
  • – 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • – 1/4 tsp salt
  • – Yogurt dairy-free if needed
  • – Fresh fruit berries, banana slices, citrus, etc. for topping


  • Set the oven to 325 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the melted refined coconut oil, cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
